RULE 01 — A BOX IS A CATEGORY
A numbered box means the category is within registered scope — nothing more. It doesn't claim service availability, SEC or state registration, advisory engagement, or custody arrangements.
RULE 02 — BOLTED IN THE OPEN
Everything the Site asserts appears on a public page. Agreements, mandates, custody terms, and account documents live in writing elsewhere — never implied by a box.
RULE 03 — NO DEALINGS BY SURPRISE EMAIL
The strongroom never sends unsolicited "investment opportunities," "account verifications," or payment demands by email. Anyone who does — claiming to be MLT — is an impersonator.

Why organize categories as a vault wall?
Because securities scope reads best the way a vault works — bolted by grid. The wall keeps each category beside its neighbors (royalties with dealing, custodians with trusts, transfer agencies with clearinghouses) so the shape of the operation is visible at a glance.
Can I open an account, get advice, or invest through this Site?
No. The Site has no account opening, advisory, custody, trading, or payment function. It is a business information reference only. Any engagement would be arranged directly, under written agreements — never through a web form on this Site.
Does a box mean the company is registered for that activity?
The wall lists categories within the company's declared business scope — it is not a representation of SEC, state securities, or other registrations. Investment advice, custody, clearing, and PEO-type services are heavily regulated; verify any firm's registration through the SEC's IAPD and FINRA BrokerCheck before engaging.
Someone emailed me "from MLT" about an investment opportunity — is it real?
Treat unsolicited investment solicitations in any advisor's name as fraud until proven otherwise — impersonated advisory firms and fake "opportunities" are among the most common investment scams. The strongroom never solicits funds, fees, or account details by unsolicited email.
